writing/news/media

In my memoir CRAVING SPRING, I write about difficult transitions:

  •   from mothering a child to guiding a young adult

  •  from struggling to communicate with a teenager to strengthening the mother-daughter bond

  •   from thinking addiction happens to other people to realizing we all live on the spectrum of attachment

  •  from feeling traumatized and wanting to solve a child’s struggles to staying with the discomfort and trusting her process

  • from searching for answers to being content not knowing
